Asset Management

AURA oversees property operations of all equity and investment properties, along with foreclosed REOs and AURA-owned facilities. From the renowned Transamerica Pyramid office building in San Francisco to a 40,000-square-foot retail center, our seasoned managers have proven themselves skilled in managing multiple property types on a national scale.

The Asset Management group utilizes a time-tested and proven team approach to asset management that leverages the expertise and experience of our dedicated in-house support staff. Meticulous in attention to every detail, AURA's approach to management has always been one of maximizing investment returns by keeping our focus on creating value in every portfolio asset.

AURA takes an active role in the management of properties, including the selection and directing of third party property management and leasing personnel; development of operating budgets; preparing and directing capital repair and replacement programs; designing tenant marketing packages for lease up, renewal or re-leasing to upgrade the investment value; executing strategic asset management plans; regular analysis of property performance; benchmarking performance and analysis; and implementing and supervising asset dispositions. These activities are supplemented by internal accounting and reporting, lease analysis, proprietary market research and ad valorem tax review; as well as property and liability insurance review and placement services.
